Beginning a new school year with 25 open positions can feel overwhelming, but our partners never have to face those challenges alone.

One of our school partners turned to Sub Teacher Source with 25 positions to fill before the start of the school year. Rather than relying on a traditional hiring approach, our team organized a Meet & Greet event that brought together qualified guest teachers and school administrators from across the area. The event created an opportunity for candidates and school leaders to connect, discuss available positions, and identify the best fit for both parties. The result? All 25 positions were successfully filled, giving our partner peace of mind knowing they had qualified long-term guest teachers in place and ready to support their students from the very first day of school. As summer drew to a close, a group of charter schools reached out to Sub Teacher Source with 15 open positions across their district and only a few weeks remaining before the start of the school year.

Our team quickly got to work, and within just a few weeks, we successfully provided long-term support for all 15 vacancies.
